You know the price before we start.
A flat fee of €190 to €790 depending on the price of the car bought. A bonus only if we get a price below your budget. All prices include VAT. No hidden commission, ever.

Why does the fee depend on the price of the car?
The search takes about as long, but there’s more at stake. On a pricier car we check more (factory options, manufacturer history, what the equipment is worth), we’re negotiating bigger sums and we carry more responsibility. And the fee is always less than a bad deal would cost you.

The negotiation bonus
We only earn more if you pay less.
If you buy the car for less than your maximum budget, the bonus is 20% of the saving, capped at €500. If we can’t beat your budget, there’s no bonus.

This starts the search and comes off the fee.
Choosing the car
You sign the confirmation of choice and pay the balance of the fee and any bonus. We then put you in touch with the seller. You pay the seller directly for the car itself.

The actual fee depends on the price of the car bought. The €99 deposit is deducted from the fee.
Special cases

We can’t find a matching car in time
Your deposit is refunded, minus €30 in search costs. We also offer to widen the criteria or extend the search.
You don’t like any of the cars that match
We keep the deposit. We can start a new search with adjusted criteria for €49.
The sale falls through
If it’s for a reason beyond your control (car not as described at the viewing, seller pulling out), what you’ve paid is moved to another car we suggest, or refunded if you prefer.
Car over €50,000
The fee is €790, whatever the price. The only extra is the negotiation bonus, if we get the price below your budget.
